Today, Geoffrey opened new rent-to-buy affordable housing in Lifton, and welcomed residents to their new homes.
Having "cut the ribbon" at number 4, and planted a tree in commemoration, Geoffrey said:
"Congratulations to West Devon Borough Council for taking this brilliant initiative with RentPlus and South Devon Rural Housing with more to come. I very much hope this model can be taken up in Torridge too."
