New Homes Survey

I have received increased amounts of correspondence from people who have purchased new homes and are experiencing difficulties with their properties. I am greatly concerned about the accountability of developers in fulfilling their obligations to set right defective properties and the adequacy of the regulatory framework for developers, which house purchasers rely on in the event of a dispute.

Your experience would be invaluable in developing proposals that I am then able to make in Westminster on Torridge and Tavistock’s behalf.
